Access & Eligibility
Level is an invite-only tool for ER:LC server staff. You need a verified Discord account to sign in, and most features require a linked Roblox account. Access can be revoked at any time by Level administrators.
If you're added to a Level server as staff, you're responsible for using only accounts you actually own. Don't sign in on behalf of someone else.
Your Account
Keep your browser session secure. If you think your session has been compromised, sign out immediately and let your server owner know.
Don't share API keys or panel access with people who shouldn't have it. Anything done through your account — logs created, commands run, shifts started — is attributed to you.
Acceptable Use
Use Level to moderate your server in good faith. That means staying within Discord, Roblox, and ER:LC's own rules, and not using Level to target or harass players.
Don't attempt to:
- Bypass authentication or abuse rate limits
- Submit false moderation records
- Interfere with the service or its infrastructure
- Use Level for anything unrelated to ER:LC server moderation
Moderation Data
Level stores the moderation records, shift entries, and in-game activity you generate while using the service. This data exists to make the panel work — logs you create, shifts you start, commands you run.
You're responsible for the accuracy of what you submit. Level may use log history for troubleshooting and abuse prevention.
Third-Party Services
Level uses Discord and Roblox OAuth to authenticate you. Your use of those platforms is still governed by their own terms. We're not responsible for changes or outages on their end.
The Ordo assistant processes your moderation context through an AI service to generate suggestions. Ordo's output is assistive — always review before acting on it.
Availability
We do our best to keep Level running reliably. That said, maintenance windows, upstream outages from Discord, Roblox, or ER:LC, and other factors outside our control can affect availability. We don't guarantee uptime or uninterrupted access.
Features may change as the service evolves. We might update, limit, or remove functionality when needed for security, stability, or product development.
Liability
Level is provided as-is. We make no guarantees about uninterrupted operation or fitness for any particular purpose. To the extent allowed by applicable law, we're not liable for indirect or consequential damages from your use of the service.
Updates & Contact
We'll update these terms when things change. The effective date at the top reflects the current version. Continuing to use Level after an update means you accept the new terms.
