What We Collect
When you sign in with Discord, Level stores your Discord user ID, username, and avatar URL. If you link a Roblox account, we store your Roblox user ID too.
While you use the panel, Level records the moderation logs you create, the shifts you start and end, in-game activity entries, queue snapshots, and command history associated with your server. This is the data the dashboard is built around.
Why We Use It
Your identity data lets you sign in and link your accounts. Your server data powers the moderation panel — logs, shifts, activity feeds, the Ordo assistant context. None of it is used for advertising, profiling, or anything outside making Level work.
We may also use logged data to detect abuse, enforce rate limits, and troubleshoot issues with the service.
Sessions & Cookies
Level sets one session cookie when you sign in. It's HTTP-only, same-site, and signed. It's used to keep you logged in — nothing else.
Sessions expire after 7 days. They're also invalidated if something looks wrong, like an account that's no longer authorized.
Data Sharing
Level doesn't sell your data. It doesn't share data with advertisers.
As part of normal operation, Level communicates with Discord's API, Roblox's API, and the ER:LC private server API. Some Ordo features pass moderation context to an AI service to generate suggestions — that context is scoped to the specific request and isn't retained by the AI provider.
Retention & Security
Session data is kept until it expires or is invalidated. Moderation records persist for as long as your server is active in Level. Older records may be pruned as the system approaches storage limits.
Server API keys are encrypted at rest. Session tokens are signed. Access to the database is restricted by environment-based credentials.
Your Choices
You can re-authenticate with Discord or Roblox at any time to refresh your linked account data. Server owners can manage who has access to their Level server.
If you want your account data removed, contact the Level team through the official support channel for your server.
Children
Level is a tool for server staff and administrators. If you believe a minor's data has been collected inappropriately, contact us so we can look into it.
Changes & Contact
If this policy changes, the effective date at the top of the page will reflect the updated version. Continuing to use Level after a change means you've accepted it.
